  NEGATIVE STARS REQUIRED HERE!! They're sweet as can be ...until you actually hand your hard earned money to them, and then have a warranty issue. Once that occurs- these crooks will show you just how fine tuned the art of customer stroking can be. Countless phone calls, emails, photos sent, more phone calls...more emails.. regarding a recycled warranty-reject mattress that gets progressively worse and worse, until it is simply impossible to even sleep on. THEN what do they do? After they stroke you for a year- tell you "you'll have to take any warranty issues up with the manufacturer." I ordered the mattress from out of state and had it shipped to my home. The entire experience has convinced this non-Californian to NEVER do ANY business with ANY COMPANY in the State of California - EVER AGAIN. PERIOD.
